Ross Construction is a general contractor serving Southern California specializing in custom home remodeling, additions and new construction. The primary goal is to create a high quality client experience and project for every Ross Construction client.  We believe in improving your lifestyle and creating relationships that last. Darin Ross founded the company after spending the past decade working with one of southern California’s largest high-end custom residential architecture and construction firms. Because of this extensive design-build background, Ross Construction views architects, interior designers and engineers as teammates not adversaries which creates the best product and experience for the entire team. 

OUR PROCESS

Concept & Budget

We believe in Plans!  We can work with your architect/designer or recommend one to start on conceptual designs.  After preliminary designs are produced, Ross construction can provide preliminary costs to align your scope, budget and minimize money spent on developing plans that won’t be built.

Preconstruction

After plans are produced and submitted to the city, Ross Construction can provide final estimates, schedules, logistics and fixed price contracts so that you we can confidently start construction with as few surprises as possible.

Construction

Now we can start building!  Communication is key, not only do we have weekly meetings with the you and the project team with written notes, schedule updates and financial updates, but daily through text and email when required.
